Bayern have been playing quite well this season. They began their Bundesliga season last weekend with a resounding 6-0 win over RB Leipzig, sending a powerful message for the new season.

Bayern’s First Team
Kompany changed his lineup since there was a significant difference in strength. Ulreich was the starting goalkeeper in the 4-2-3-1 system. Boey, Jonathan Tah, Kim Min-jae, and Guerreiro made up the backline.
Kimmich and Pavlović played together in the middle of the field, and Olise, Choupo-Moting, and Díaz helped Harry Kane score goals up front.

Bayern Scores First
Bayern started the game by putting a lot of pressure on Wiesbaden’s defence. In the third minute, Díaz, a new player, broke into the box and shot, but the goalie stopped it.
Seven minutes later, Bayern requested a handball in the box, but the referee instructed them to keep playing.
A foul by Wiesbaden in the penalty area in the 15th minute gave Bayern a penalty kick. Kane comfortably scored to make it 1-0 for Bayern.
Díaz came near again in the 27th minute, but his shot from close range was stopped. Five minutes later, Guerreiro’s shot from behind the goal forced a great save from the Wiesbaden goalie.

Drama In The Second Half
In the 51st minute, just six minutes after the restart, Wiesbaden made a defensive mistake that allowed Olise to score and make it 2-0. Five minutes later, Kane set up Guerreiro’s goal, but it was called out for being offside.
Wiesbaden Fights Back
Kaya scored a low goal in the 64th minute, making the score 2-1. Flotho ran onto a headed pass six minutes later and scored a clean goal to tie the game at 2-2.

Kane the Hero
Bayern got another penalty when Kane was fouled in the box in the 74th minute. The keeper, on the other hand, saved his spot-kick. Then, in the 94th minute of stoppage time, Kane made up for his mistake by heading in from a cross to give Bayern a thrilling 3-2 win.
This win not only keeps Bayern in the German Cup, but it also gives them more confidence and momentum going into the new season.
