Norway’s qualification means Stale Solbakken’s side now face France on Friday in the final Group I fixture, with the group title at stake. It is a formidable test, but Norway will arrive with confidence and knowing that even a defeat leaves them safely through to the knockout rounds.

For Pape Thiaw’s Senegal, the arithmetic is unforgiving. They must beat Iraq by enough goals in their final group match to overhaul the goal-difference gap, and only a convincing victory will keep their knockout hopes alive.
